1. Services Provided

Talkative Media agrees to provide Social Media Management services as outlined in the selected package. Any work outside the agreed-upon scope (e.g., website changes, graphic design for print, or additional platforms) will be subject to a separate quote.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Access: The Client must provide necessary access to social media accounts (Facebook Business Suite, LinkedIn, etc.) to allow Talkative Media to perform its duties.

  • Approvals: The Client agrees to review and approve content within [e.g., 72 hours] of receipt. Failure to provide feedback may result in delayed posting for which Talkative Media is not liable.

3. Payment Terms

  • Advance Payment: All monthly retainer fees are payable 100% in advance before the start of the service month.

  • GST: All prices listed on the website are exclusive of 18% GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Late Fees: Payments delayed beyond 7 days of the due date will attract a late fee of 2% per week.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Transfer of Rights: Upon full and final payment of all invoices, the copyright of the final social media graphics and captions created by Talkative Media transfers to the Client.

  • Portfolio Usage: Talkative Media reserves the right to showcase the work created for the Client in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is in place.

5. Limitation of Liability

Talkative Media is not responsible for any account suspensions, shadowbans, or technical glitches caused by the social media platforms themselves (Meta, LinkedIn, X, etc.). We do not guarantee specific sales figures, as social media performance depends on market variables and the Client’s product/service quality.
